Welcome to Munitie.nl, the biggest webshop for collector's ammunition and related items. In this webshop you will find inert ammunition, militaria and other military related items, from different countries and featuring a great diversity in calibers and item types.
Disclaimer:
It should be understood that the nature of the content of our webshop is such that we are subject to tight laws, and that we under NO circumstance shall stray from the legal way to sell our items! Different countries have different laws regarding weapons and ammunitions. It is your own responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to own the items that we sell. Naturally, we are aware of which items are allowed in many nations, but not in all of them, so at all times you must make sure of this yourself too!
As we are seated in The Netherlands, we particularly have to deal with the Dutch law on weapons and ammunitions at ALL times (and for foreign acquisitions, with laws of the receiving countries too). Though too long to fully quote the contents of the Dutch law on weapons and ammunitions here, as a rule of thumb one should assume that SOLELY militaria, empty and evidently fired cartridge casings, and belt links can be collected without a government permit. Under no circumstance is such an item allowed to contain energetic or explosive charges. Should you live in The Netherlands and take an interest in collecting any ammunition items other than the above mentioned ones, you have to obtain a government permit (being a so-called WM10 and/or 'Ontheffing van het Ministerie van Justitie') first! For more information on this, you can contact the Dutch leg of the ECRA (i.e. European Cartridge Research Association), called the NVBMB (http://www.nvbmb.nl).
We are fully approved by the Dutch Ministry of Justice (our licence number can be provided upon request) and we are fully licensed in buying and selling specific weapons and ammunition. We are approved to sell to the Dutch Government (DMO number can be provided upon request). We are also MOD approved in Belgium, the UK, Norway, and France. Furthermore we are allowed to sell items to various enforcement agencies and EODs worldwide.
If you have any questions, doubts or special requests, please send us an email at: info@munitie.nl.
In light of the above, it should also be understood that for exporting items, we work exclusively with official export permits, so we are sure that the ordered items are leaving The Netherlands legally. Each shipment requires an individual export permit, and requesting one (done by us) takes some 3-4 days, please take this short delay into account, as this means it will take some days before we can ship your ordered items to you.
We hope you will find the items you are looking for in this webshop.
Before you proceed to the actual catalogue, you are required to read, fully understand and accept the terms and conditions of buying from us. By clicking on the "I agree" button, you state that such is the case.
To enter the sale section please read and accept the conditions down below:
All of our items comprise either harmless militaria, or de-activated or otherwise inert ordnance and ammunition, which are completely F.F.E. (i.e. Free From Explosives). No exceptions!
The collector cartridges and/or related items have been reassembled from genuine component parts and are completely inert. There is no energetic or explosive charge inside and items featuring primers have all been treated such that the primers are fully struck or otherwise de-activated.
Stay safe, and pay heed to the following 'general collecting code' when dealing with ammunition encountered in any location, be it in our webshop, or elsewhere:
1) At any and all times, all ammunition and ordnance should be treated as being live and dangerous until 100% proven otherwise. Our items are certifiably fully inert and F.F.E. Should you have any questions as to this, we can send you pictures to demonstrate that the items are completely inert and F.F.E.
2) NEVER mix inert collector's and research ammunition or ordnance with live rounds.
3) NEVER load collector's and research ammunition into a weapon or try to fire a primer, it is potentially dangerous and detracts from the value.
4) A striker mark on a primer does not automatically mean the cartridge is not live. You should always assure yourself that primers are fully struck and/or inert. In case any doubt exists, refrain from buying such items.
No liability is accepted or implied for any injury caused by mis-use of any of the items supplied!
